01Agreeing to These Terms
The agreement takes effect the instant you sign up or begin using the platform in any capacity. By creating an account, opening a feature, or otherwise engaging with MysticWay, you confirm that you've reviewed these terms and accept them in full.
From time to time we may revise this document. Updated versions are published here, and by continuing to use the service afterward you accept the changes.
02What the Service Provides
MysticWay is an AI-powered creative workspace—a collection of smart tools for producing and transforming text, imagery, sound, and motion. Depending on your plan, you'll find generators, multi-format output, ready-made templates, and features unlocked through credits.
The product keeps evolving, so individual features may be added, adjusted, or retired over time.
03Your Account & Responsibilities
When you register, the details you give us should be accurate and kept current. Looking after your account is largely in your hands:
- Keep your login credentials private and secure.
- Accept responsibility for whatever happens under your account.
- Tell us right away if you suspect someone else has gotten in.
- Never sign up using a fake identity or someone else's name.
We can't be held responsible for losses that trace back to weak account security on your side.
04Acceptable Use
To keep MysticWay safe for everyone, please don't use it to create or spread:
- Anything unlawful or against widely held community standards.
- Violent, hateful, discriminatory, or sexually explicit material.
- Scams, harassment, defamation, or content meant to cause harm.
- Attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our data.
- Impersonation of others or deliberately misleading claims.
- Actions that overload, disrupt, or interfere with our servers.
Breaking these rules can lead to a suspension, a permanent ban, or legal steps where warranted.
05Who Owns What
Content you bring
Material you create stays yours. You grant us only a narrow license to operate and display it within the service.
Our platform
The MysticWay name, visual design, models, algorithms, source code, and architecture are our protected property. Copying or commercializing them without permission isn't allowed.
What the AI makes
Results the AI produces for you are yours to use—personally or commercially—so long as you stay within these terms and the law.
06About AI-Generated Results
Because the underlying technology is probabilistic, its output can shift, surprise, and occasionally miss the mark.
You're accountable for the prompts you enter and how you use what comes back. We don't guarantee that generated content will be accurate or suitable for a given purpose—especially in professional, legal, or medical contexts. We keep refining quality, but we make no promises or warranties about it.
07Credits & Payment
Credits may only be obtained through our official channels. A few points to keep in mind:
- Credits can't be transferred to others and aren't refundable.
- Pricing and related policies may change with reasonable notice.
- Please double-check the details before completing a purchase.
- If a billing issue comes up, contact support promptly.
08Service Offered "As Is"
MysticWay is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We don't promise the service will run uninterrupted, or that its results will be accurate, complete, or fit for your particular needs. Using it is at your own risk.
09Limits on Our Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, MysticWay is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages—nor for lost profits, business disruption, data loss, or anything arising from your reliance on platform content. Where liability does apply, it is capped at the total amount you paid us over the preceding twelve months.
10Closing or Suspending Access
You're free to delete your account whenever you like through your settings. We, in turn, may suspend or end access—sometimes without prior notice—when terms are broken, fraud is detected, an account sits idle for a long stretch, or the law requires it.
Please back up anything important on a regular basis. Ending access doesn't erase obligations that already exist between us.
11Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the applicable law, setting aside its conflict-of-law rules. If a disagreement arises, we ask that both sides first try to settle it through good-faith discussion. Should that not resolve matters, either party may take the dispute to court. If any single provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain fully in effect.
